Practice Guidelines
- Duration: Standard sessions run for 45–60 minutes.
- Flexibility: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to modify your appointment time.

- Communication: Out-of-session messaging is limited to administrative and scheduling matters to ensure we keep our clinical time focused.
